SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only ship within the US & Canada.
Most orders will ship out within 1-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped via USPS. You have the option of choosing USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail at checkout. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7-14 business days. Most are received sooner. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Tiny Knot Designs cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. You will need to refer to the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states delivered, it is no longer within our policy to replace anything lost or stolen. We will do everything in our power to assist you and we guarantee satisfaction from a small business standpoint.

HOWEVER, TINY KNOT DESIGNS MAY DISCLOSE USER INFORMATION TO THE GOVERNMENT AND/OR THIRD PARTIES WHEN WE HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THAT DISCLOSURE OF SUCH INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO IDENTIFY OR BRING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST SOMEONE WHO MAY BE VIOLATING OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OTHERWISE CAUSING HARM TO TINY KNOT DESIGNS OR ANYONE WHO COULD BE VICTIMIZED BY SUCH ACTIVITIES, AND WHERE OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW OR BY LEGAL PROCESS.
OUR RETURN POLICY
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. All items purchased are final sale thus, we cannot issue refunds. Please refer to the measurements chart on each item to ensure you select the correct size.

DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
We sincerely apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Please send us an email at sales@tinyknotdesigns.com within 3 days of delivery to notify us of the defect or mix up. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received - including the style/design, color and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

You MUST notify us at sales@tinyknotdesigns.com of the issue within 3 days of delivery. Item must be shipped back to Tiny Knot Designs within 7 days of notification. Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.

CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations once you have placed your order.
